With the help of the Canadian Iris Society this collection consists of over 600 different cultivars developed since the 1930’s. Tall Bearded irises, Siberian Irises, Spuria Irises and dwarf varieties in hundreds of different shades and combination of colours bloom abundantly throughout the gardens bordered by bright pink Weigelas.

Surrounding one end of the iris beds are the gorgeous peony gardens. Consisting of herbaceous ancestral and tree varieties these beautiful plants are in full bloom and quite a spectacular site to see.

The Festival runs from June 6 to June 14th with the weekends consisting of live music, art sales, guided tours, children’s events and much more. Don’t miss it!
