Tease Teas and A Fresh Start To The Year

Tease Teas (1 of 4)

I never make New Year’s resolutions on the first of the year.  That would be setting myself up for failure.  I know my boundaries and all the memories of great food and drink being had over the holidays is way too fresh.  I want to keep imbibing in that greatness a while longer.  And then when the novelty has worn off it is then time to take stock of my health and decide if changes are in order.

Tease Teas (1 of 1)

I’m well aware that my eating habits can use a bit of tweaking so I’m starting a weekly salad/ vegetable dish feature for the next 52 weeks.  When I cook for the blog I am inevitably cooking for my family too so it’s win win. It’s a start at least. And it sure is delicious.

The folks over at Tease Teas are also helping me get back on track with their #30daychallenge . Using their Triple Teatox system every morning and night, following along on social media and participating by sharing my own changes to achieve my goals I have great support from the Tease Tea community.

I always held strong to the mantra of not drinking my calories on a regular day to day basis so my hydration comes daily from cold crisp water and cups of tea. (Except during beer o’clock of course) Tea is such a great beverage to refresh with.  So many flavours; blends with fruit, nuts, herbs, even chocolate and amazing health benefits. Chock full of antioxidants it can help lower cholesterol, improve your heart health, build stronger bones, boost brain power and fight against cancer. It’s quick and easy to brew a cup and comforting on a cold winters day.

Make sure you follow along on my social media to see how I’m doing reaching my healthy livinggoal. If you want to share your little moments of goal reaching tag @tease_tea and use both #30daychallenge and #teasetea and you will be entered to win a great Triple Teatox prize pack.

*I received a Triple Teatox system free from Tease Teas. All opinions are all my own.
