Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 3 oz tomato juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into over ice cubes. Garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup Chambord
  • 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 qt chilled ginger ale
  • 2 chilled (750-ml) bottles dry Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the triple sec, brandy, Chambord, and juice and chill the mixture, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a large punch bowl combine the triple sec mixture, the ginger ale, and the Champagne and add ice cubes.

Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together hard until they're very frothy.
  2. Add sugar and continue beating. Sprinkle in nutmeg and vanilla.
  3. Add in the whipping cream, a bit at a time and continue beating. Repeat with the milk.
  4. Finally, beat in the rum and brandy.
  5. Chill the eggnog in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours. Serve cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle of your favorite white wine
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 Orange, cut into wedges
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 Peach, cut into wedges
  • 1 Cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup lemonade or limeade
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 shots of apricot, peach or "berry" flavored brandy
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 750 ml bottle of red wine
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 12 oz. bottle of ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 oz. blackberry liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour wine in the pitcher.
  2. Squeeze the juices out of the lemon, lime and orange before throwing the wedges into the pitcher.
  3. Add the peaches, strawberries limeade/lemonade, sugar and brandy. Chill overnight.
  4. Add ginger ale and ice just before serving.
  5. Toss all the ingredients except the ginger ale into a large pitcher and chill overnight.
  6. Add the ginger ale just before serving.

Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Blend cocoa and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat milk to scalding.
  3. Mix about 1/3 cup of the hot milk into the cocoa-sugar mixture, then pour cocoa mixture into hot milk in the saucepan stirring until well blended.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Serve with mini marshmallows.
