Steak Marinade

Even if it is too cold outside to BBQ you can still use this marinade on steaks to be cooked under the broiler or in a fry pan.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder,
  • 3 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and worcestershire.
  2. Add the garlic, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk everything together well.
  4. Place your steaks in a resealable plastic bag.
  5. Pour in the marinade, making sure the steaks are well coated.
  6. Let marinade up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

Whisk everything together well.

Place your steaks in a resealable plastic bag. Pour in the marinade, making sure the steaks are well coated.

Let marinade up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
