Steak and Mushroom Pie

Summer Fresh has created an absolutely delicious mushroom marsala sauce.  Unlike other sauce mixes this one needs no additions to make it flavourful, it’s perfect right out of the container.  You can use it over chicken, pasta or like me in a delicate yet simple pot pie. Enjoy

Notes

To peel the onions bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes. Immediately drain the onion and rinse with cold water. The peels should just slip right off.
