Shasta Daisy

One of gardener’s favorite plants to have in any flower garden the Shasta daisy with it’s bright white petals surrounding a yolk coloured center it is a classic.  Plants only last a few years so to further prolong your enjoyment of it make sure you deadhead spent blooms and giving it lots of fertile soil and a thick layer of mulch.  Cut back the plant almost right to the base in the fall and wait until late Spring every 3rd or 4th year to divide.

And don’t forget to use the blooms for your crown making and falling in love with the person who loves you back.
