Roasted Green Beans and Carrots with Parmesan

Incredibly quick and incredibly tasty. Great alternative side dish.

Roasted Green Beans and Carrots with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 carrots, cut in strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Toss together the beans, carrots and olive oil and spread onto the pan.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with cheese.
