Pasta with Peas and Prosciutto

You can use any kind of pasta shape for this meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz prosciutto, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 6 cups fusilli, cooked and hot
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 10 oz peas, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over med-high heat cook the prosciutto until browned. Remove from heat.
  2. To same pan add the oil and garlic cooking 1 minute.
  3. In a large bowl combine the prosciutto, peas, parsley, cheese and hot pasta.
  4. Drizzle with garlic and oil and toss to combine.
