Parisienne Potatoes

You can purchase these little round potatoes in the refrigerated section of the produce aisle at most major grocery stores.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Parisienne potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add the 1/2 cup of oil and coat well.
  3. Add the spices and shake well. Let marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Coat a glass baking dish with the 2 tbsp olive oil..
  6. Spread marinated potatoes on bottom of dish in a single row.
  7. Bake 1 hour turning potatoes half way through cooking.

Place the potatoes in a resealable plastic bag.

Drizzle in the olive oil.

Add the garlic salt.

Then the paprika.

Seal the bag and mix the potatoes well into the marinade.  Set in fridge and let the potatoes marinate for at least 4 hours.

Place the potatoes in a single row in greased baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven, turning them once halfway through.
