Garlic Roasted Potatoes

A super tasty and easy to make side dish for any occasion.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 red potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
  • 3-4 clvoes of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking dish with foil.
  2. In a large bowl toss together the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until browned and golden. Flip halfway through cooking.

  2. Looks like a good potato recipe and I do love red potatoes. After learning more about spuds from the Potato Council at EWR I'll be eating more to get their jam packed vitamin and mineral goodness. Great photos!
