Easy to grow.

  • Flowers: Orange, green, yellow, brown, and pink. Blooms once annually in the summer.
  • Soil/Potting Preference: A medium mix of fir bark with 1 to 2 cm pieces of bark, perlite and charcoal. Prefers a clay pot.
  • Watering: Allow medium to partially dry out between watering.
  • Fertilizing:
  • Active Growth: Use ½ strength once a week.
  • Dormancy: Use ½ strength once a month.
  • Light Requirement: High light levels of morning sun and partial shade in the afternoon.
  • Temperature Requirements:
  • Night Time Minimum: 10°C
  • Day Time Maximum: 30°C
  • Humidity Requirements: 60 to 70%
