With cotton candy like flowers that emanates a strong, sweet smell Meadowsweet can naturally be found in abundantly in fields and meadows.  All parts of the plant is edible with it being stewed for jams and used in wine, beer and vinegars as well as medicinally for acid reflux.

This European native should be divided in the early Spring.
