Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine the flour and baking soda.

In a second bowl add the sugars and butter.

Beat together until smooth.

Beat in the pudding mix and vanilla.

Add the eggs and beat.

Stir in the flour mixture.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto your cookie sheets about  1 inch apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes then let cool.

Enjoy these cookies ( I dare you to only have one) with a big glass of milk.
