Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Make sure you have a side of ranch dressing to cool these spicy fingers down.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with foil coated in cooking spray.
  2. Place the hot sauce in one bowl and the bread crumbs in another.
  3. Coat the chicken strips one at a time with hot sauce, then bread crumbs and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and coating starting to brown. Flip over and cook 5 minutes more.
