Belladonna

Also known as Deadly Nightshade, everything we have mythically been led to believe about this toxic plant is one hundred percent accurate.  Highly toxic it’s berries when consumed create an hallucinogenic delirium and as little as 2 berries can cause death in an adult. A short living perennial it’s branching growth and delicate bell shaped purple flowers are a beautiful addition to any garden as long as safety is considered at all times.
