Asiago Cheese and Crab Dip

Serve hot with bread slices and sticks.

  • 1 can crab meat, drained and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cup asiago cheese
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, minced


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together crab meat, 1 cup of asiago cheese, romano, mayonnaise, garlic and onion into a small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
