Spray some soft tortillas with cooking spray and bake in a 350 degree F oven until crispy 8-10 minutes. Cut to the size you want. Sprinkle them with different spices like chili powder and chipotle to get more flavour. For something a little sweeter, sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar and serve with a fruit salsa. Cut a thin slice from the ends of each cucumber 2. Meanwhile, combine vinegar, water, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Follow the directions for the type of cans you will be using. 4. Place 1 head fresh dill or 1 tsp dill seeds and 1 clove garlic into each jar; pack in cucumbers. Pour boiling vinegar mixture over cucumbers to within 1/2 inch of rim . In a bowl lightly whisk one egg yolk. Take a heaping tablespoonful of mustard And mix it with the egg. Add the sugar, salt and cayenne. Mix together well. Add the nuts and toss well to thoroughly coat them. Spread nuts on a foil lined baking sheet. Toast in preheated 350 degree F oven for 15-20 minutes until the nuts start to brown. Let cool and enjoy.
